1. What does the term dimmable mean?

The appropriate brightness(or extra function) is easily adjustable using the push button on the product
The brightness can be changed (decreased) in steps, this change is called dimming.

 

2. What is a LED?

The LED is the name of the light producing component. This name comes from the abbreviation of the Light Emitting Diode

 

3. How much does the lamp heat the terrarium?

Due to the well-designed heat dissipation, the lamp releases most of the heat generated by the LED light sources to the environment through the top of the cover.As a result, it heats the terrarium to a negligible extent. This allows the Lanugo300 to be used in cases where the terrarium's wildlife is sensitive to overheating by lighting.

 

4. Can the lighting function be switched off?

Yes. During dimming, the button can be used to switch off the (white) light or even the entire lamp in two steps.

 

5. Can the lamp be connected in series?

Yes, it can be extended in both directions using the same lamp type. If needed, more than two lamps can also be connected (option H, option V)

 

6. What fixing options are there?

It can be placed on top of the terrarium or suspended with a steel wire (Option S). In addition, if the terrarium does not have a roof, it can be placed on the edge of the side glass (Option T). With this option, the lamp can be fixed steplessly from 35 to 55cm width without a terrarium roof.
